Since I updated to Firefox 78 I've noticed it's lagging. Running a quick search online I found out that reverting back to version 77.0.1 fixed the problem.

I just wanted to know when Mozilla is going to fix this issue to release a new version with the issue fixed.

Yes, one perf regression has been fixed. But I'm not sure, if it's your issue.

Version 79 is coming out tomorrow. If an update won't help you, please ask us about troubleshoot steps.
