Is it possible to convert old login files?
On my old computer, it seems I did not set up a Mozilla account. I have saved the logins.json and key3.db and saved them online. The most recent version of Firefox does not use the key3 file. Is there anyway to convert these files so they can be read by the current Firefox? Or failing that, plaintext?

You only need to remove the existing key4.db file to make Firefox fallback to key3.db.

Where can I find key3.db or key4.db
You can normally find logins.json (logins) and the key file (encryption key; currently key4.db or previously key3.db) in the profile folder.
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Folder/Directory:
Windows: Open Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data
Doesn't work on my tablet with android. I had also a masterpassword set into firefox.
Where to find key3.db or key4.db and login by Android ? Can I use an explorer in android to go directly to the folder where those files are located ?

Hi patrickdepeuter
On Android there is no way the access the profile folder as it is in a location that only the App can access and you can only have one profile folder. On android your only option is to reset all Firefox data and start with a fresh profile and other settings in case of serious issues.
