Network.trr.mode integer 3 always reverts back to 2 after some time or after restarting Firefox, which causes dnssec to not be enabled. I have to go back and manually change the value back to 3 everytime. Is this a bug? How can I make sure the value stays 3 permanently?

Hi RubberDucky, I noticed that you are also a Firefox Private Network "Test Pilot". Are you seeing this change after turning FPN off?

No this is not related to the FPN issue I’ve posted about. So yes this would be when the FPN is off.
