I updated Firefox on 6/16/19 and am now having trouble. It said my old installation is still there - how do I just go back to it? Thanks

I did an update on 6/16/19 and after I did it and it did not bring the 'saved tabs' forward. It said in the installation summary that my old installation was still there. At this point I would just like to find the old installation and use it so I can get my saved tabs back. How do I find and use the old installation? Would the "Refresh" function work? Thank you

If Firefox starts up after an update without your user profile data (bookmarks, saved tabs, passwords, etc.), check whether your data is available in a different profile:

Inside Firefox, type or paste about:profiles in the address bar and press Enter/Return to load it. The About Profiles page will open. This page should list at least one profile and could list many.

The profile that Firefox is currently using will show:
This is the profile in use and it cannot be deleted.

Please do not delete anything here; don't use any Remove buttons.

Do you have another profile named default or default-longnumber listed on this page? If so, you can check whether it is the one you were using recently by clicking its Launch profile in new browser button.

If it isn't what you want, simply close that new window.

If it IS what you want, back on the about:profiles page, click the Set as default profile button for that profile so Firefox uses it automatically at the next startup.

No, don't touch the Refresh button for now. Instead, enter about:profiles in the URL bar and see, if there is more than 1 profile and if the other profile contains your data.
