For some reason I do not see my sent emails in my Unified inbox anymore. I do see the pink arrow that I replied but the reply does no longer show up in the thread.

I used to be able to see the entire thread including my replies but now I have to go to my Sent Folder to see what I replied to.

Something is not right and I would like to know how to fix this please.

Thanks,

JB

Hello there TripletreeCNC.

We have A message. We are going To help you.

Go to the Help menu -> Troubleshoot information -> View folder to view the profile in explorer or finder. open the e-mail folder Remove the smart mailboxes from the folder in the e-mail folder. Restart Thunderbird. That will force the recreation of the entire unified folder settings. If that does not work, try the safe mode (keep the Shift key pressed while starting Thunderbird) because malicious add-ons may also have entered.

react back with the elaboration of this if you have done this. We will help you further that is why we are here.

ps also use a good antivirus.

What if you right-click an Inbox message, Open Message in Conversation? Does the entire thread of received and sent messages appear in a tab?
