Hi,

i was really happy when Firefox fixed the performance issues and crashes and nearly instantly switched back from Google's Chrome (which i used mainly in 2016/2017) to this great Open Source Browser.

Unfortunately, i'm about to switch again. The reason is solving reCAPTCHA! In Edge and Chrome this is such an easy thing (since i actually am human :D) but Firefox is denying my Input, the process of solving these captchas starts over and over again - this is really frustrating.

And these captchas become more and more present. I just had to solve one for tracking a DHL Package.

So please developers, find a way to fix that issue - or you'll lose users otherwise.

Thanks & Enjoy your day

Thomas

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}
