hi,

i had my sync account logged in on one of my pcs and i would like to merge the tabs from another pc

but i realize i do not remember the password anymore

i've tried to disconnect the account and reset the password but i get an error message when it tries to reset

i am ok with losing th data but i just want to be sure that my account can be accessed by me; currently i would like to be able to reset it's password (the account email is the same as the support forum account mail i used)

please advise

There's been a problem with Sync services and/or Firefox Accounts on Sat 08-18 US time zones which seems to have started just after midnight in the Central time zone. That problem seems to be gone now.

If you do not remember you can follow directions for resetting. Note will loose all the information.
