problem is about twitch chat, when you scroll up , chat is not stopping, it just continues to go down , it's so annoying..

especially on big streamers chat, you just cant see what someone said... please fix that

This has been more of a Twitch issue.

If you use auto-scrolling or touch pad scrolling then you may get this however it usually stays in place if you move up by using a scroll wheel.
