Your crashes are all over the place.
Could you please run a tool from http://memtest.org/ in order to check the integrity of your RAM?
The extension list shows the crashme-simple@ted.mielczarek.org extension.
Any specific reason that you installed this extension because it is meant for troubleshooting purposes?
You posted some more questions that show a Firefox 4.0.1 version.
Did you deliberately installed this old version? What Firefox version do you currently use?
