I have only ever had Mozilla Thunderbird as of the 14th I have lost everything on my email page! Can you tell me what happened.
On the 14th (2 days ago) I went on to read my emails and "EVERYTHING" was gone! All my folders, drafts, messages sent, no messages received "EVERYTHING"! Is there anything I can do to retrieve anything! I'm so upset that all my pictures, special letters, everything "Gone"! Does anyone know what happened? Thank you!

Do you use CCleaner software? Their latest upgrade corrupted the Thunderbird profile.

Using email for permanent storage is a very bad plan. If you insist on doing it at least create backups. It is a computer. Anything can and will happen.
