When sending a work e-mail from my home computer, I want to set "Reply-to" to my work e-mail, so I get replies on my work phone rather than my private computer. I seem to remember a function like that in Eudora. But I can't find it in Thunderbird.

You can set it for each account under Tools/Account Settings, select the account in the left pane. Or, for a given message by clicking a To: box in the Write window and changing To: to Reply-to:.
