Just wanted to let somebody know that for the past several months I have been unable to log in to PayPal in Firefox. I have to open a different browser.

For the past several months, if I try to log into PayPal in Firefox, it tells me "Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again." Trying again does no good (I just get that same error message, repeatedly). Changing the password (which I did several times) also does not work--I still get the same message. If I open Google Chrome and use that, the log in works fine. But I would far rather keep using Firefox, rather than having to open another browser every time I want to do anything with PayPal. It is especially annoying if I have gotten to something through a link or whatever while on Firefox, now would like to purchase something or donate to somebody, and get all the way to doing that when--oh right, dangit! I have to open another browser and START ALL OVER, because I can't do the PayPal step from Firefox. My daughter tells me I should just switch to Google Chrome altogether, but I prefer Firefox! From a couple of other questions here, it looks like there is some kind of problem with Firefox interfacing with PayPal, in general. So I think that you don't need to just have ME fix my individual problem, but probably need to look at some kind of overarching issue there. Please do let me know if you figure out what that is; I would always rather stay with Firefox!
