Failed thunderbird install and migration Will PAY for support / help
I installed the latest build on my new windows 10 PC then was playing around with profiles and some how corrupted the install. I get a profile cannot be located error. I uninstalled and re-installed no change, I cannot locate a profiles.ini file to delete (yes hidden files are on) I tried uninstalling and deleting all the user directories, after re-install it still gives same message.
I am WILLING to pay someone for help.

Make sure Thunderbird os shut down. Windows key + R Type %appdata% press enter. Delete the Thunderbird folder. Restart Thunderbird, it should be as if you had never run the program before.
