I forgot my password to thunderbird, now I can't send or receive email through it. I can't find out how to reset the passwords.

Thunderbird has no passwords. Your email account does and they are administered with your email provider. Visit their email help page and look for a link to reset your password.
In which case I need a Mozilla password reset. help
