How do I get sound on this PC?
I don't get any sound since I changed to Windows 10. The sound always worked before I changed. It has not worked since then and I've checked all that I can.

Hi jmadmills2034.yahoo.com, Thank you for your questions, I understand that sound is no longer working in Firefox after updating the operating system. In order to troubleshoot this, if you have made any changes restart your computer.
Second, please try the following:
- Open up the Volume Mixer from the operating system control settings.
- Make sure that the volume is set to the expected output and that the volume for Firefox is not turned down
- Also check to make sure that the audio drivers are up to date.
