I'm living abroad (Montenegro, official serbian language using cyrilic letters), I would like to use for example google translate with latin letters. Probably after my ip browser/page sets me local languaged, just like advertises do (eg. adsense). How to setup permanently english/latin lettered all pages/tabs/ads? Thanks

If you only have [en-US] (or possibly [en]) as the installed language (Options/Preferences > Content > Languages) then website should offer this language. If that isn't the case then the website likely checks your location via a reverse DNS look up of your IP. In that case you need to look for a link or selection button on the page to change the language. Such a choice is stored in a cookie, so if necessary create an 'allow' exception to keep such a cookie.

You can try to modify the URL and if the path contains a language code change that to 'en' or 'en-us' or change the domain to .com
