I turned my PC on & widows XP was gone---. Disappeared. Why did this happen? How can I get a browser downloaded when I don't have a browser ?
i don't know much about computers so please help me get my PC running again. I have AVG security & Virus 2015 but I think I still may have a virus or two. How can I tell?

If your OS is Windows, you can always use Internet Explorer to download Firefox. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
