Your system details list doesn't show that the Shockwave Flash plugin is installed and enabled.

You can find links of the latest Shockwave Flash player for Firefox on this page:

You can verify on the Adobe Flash Players Test Page that the Flash plugin is working and which version you have.

I suspect you need the Flash player plugin, AKA "Shockwave Flash". It doesn't show up in your "More System Details" next to your post. Do you know whether it was ever installed or might be disabled?

To check whether you have the plugin installed, you can use the Add-ons page. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Plugins. On the right side, look for "Shockwave Flash". It may be toward the bottom on a gray background. If you find it, see whether you can change it from "Never Activate" to "Ask to Activate".

With that setting, when you visit a site that wants to use the Flash, you should see a notification icon in the address bar and one of the following: a link in a black rectangle in the page or an infobar sliding down between the toolbar area and the page.

If you do not have the plugin: You can download an installer from the following page. Firefox uses the one for "plugin-based browsers": https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Does that work?
