How do I do a one-way sync from a laptop with just the programs I want to an older laptop with a bunch of junk addons...without any of the junk addons syncing?

I have a 3yo laptop with a bunch of addons in firefox. I just got another laptop with just the addons I need (learned by trial and error.) I want to sync the new addons to the older laptop, uninstalling all the extra stuff. I don't want the old stuff to sync to the new computer. Can I do this by checking sync addons only on the old computer? Or will I need to remove all the old addons then check synch on both computers?

It would be useful to just push whatever changes you wanted (like in a Unix system.)

Currently Sync does not do a one way sync, it only merges. As for checking add ons as what to sync, if you check addons on one computer all of the addons on all of the devices will be merged.
