To the best of my knowledge, Firefox stores one session. As long as a new session is started (and ended) , it will replace the session you actually need to recover.

While recovering a session prior to the last one can involve other data recovery methods ro recover the file that stores the sessions, it is time consuming.

Your may want to try using the history to find the sites that we're on and get open them. It is worth mentioning that there is an addon that will help you story more sessions. Check "Session Manager" in the add-ons... Hope this helps. . Have a nive day.

What do you mean with shaky?

Does the Firefox window actually move up/down or left/right?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
