Menu bar and dock do not show up after upgrading to Firefox 9.
Running Lion on MPB. All other programs are fine and its only since I upgraded. Its not in full-screen mode. Googling and searching firefox haven't given me any leads. Any help would be appreciated....Thanks!

Try to remove the Firefox plist file (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

Go to "Library > Preferences" and remove the plist file for Firefox (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).
You can also try to reset the launch services.
