I have a Roland keyboard connected to the computer with a midi cable. When I want to download a midifile from a website using the VAN BASCO kareoke programme, the midifile is played directly through the keyboard to hear the music. When using the Firefox browser,I get the error message"file partially damaged cannot be loaded".I then change browser to Internet Explorer, try the same midifies, and they then play perfectly.

Sounds that Firefox is using a plugin or player that can't handle that MIDI file.
