I work with visually impaired people and we work with Mozilla Firefox 6 (my client need a screen reader and Firefox 7 doesn't work with the screen reader) and Windows 7. My client uses only shortcuts with her computer. The problem we have is that with Hotmail, my client uses Ctrl-N to write a new message and this shortcut is used by Firefox to open a new window. My client is not able anymore to send e mail because of the conflict with both shortcuts. Is there a way to disable the shortcut (Ctrl-N) in Firefox?? Thanks.
