You posted this thread in the Firefox (for desktop) section as it is for Windows, macOS, and Linux. It is 100% free to download and use from mozilla.org like say https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
The mobile versions of the Firefox web browser for iOS/iPadOS and Android are 100% free to install and use also as there are no paid versions.
Mozilla does have some subscription based products like Mozilla VPN for example.
