Unfortunately no one here can help if you can't access the email login to get the reset there's nothing more anyone can do. Lost password is Lost account.

If you have your account recovery key then you may be able to.

Note that resetting the password for the Firefox Account because you do not remember the password will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data locally for security reasons before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password or a possible recovery key can decrypt this data.

If you use the Time Machine or other backup then try to restore file(s) from this backup.
