Cannot send email after upgrade from TB 102.15 to 115.2
I have 2 mail accounts synced to TB. Both are hotmail accounts. I can send emails from 1 but not the other after updating TB from 102.15 to 115.2. Everything else seems to work. I've changed no settings and they seem correct as far as I can tell. When I try to send mail from the problem account, a blank browser pop-up comes for a few seconds (authentication?) then disappears; then, the "sending" bubble comes up and then times out giving this error message: "Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.office365.com timed out. Try again." What is a solution for this? Thanks in advance.

Other users have faced the same blank OAuth window for Hotmail accounts. I had no problems, but I created a new profile with 115, as I always do with major releases, and added the account. You might try with a new test profile, starting from Help/Troubleshooting Info, about:profiles. The existing profile is not affected.
Make sure you also don't have an interfering antivirus or active VPN.

Do you have separate smtp servers for each account, differing only in the User Name, and is each account set to send on the correct smtp?

Sfhowes, Yes, I have separate servers for each account. Everything is the same for those outgoing servers except the user name, and they are assigned to their respective accounts. I also deleted all the passwords and restarted TB. That also did not work. Also, since initial post TB has been updated 115.2.2 Same issue only the 1 hotmail account will send; both receive email just fine.
Post screenshots of each smtp server's settings from Account Settings (obscuring the part of the User Name before the @).
Sfhowes, The default server is the one that is working; the other is not
I suggest you give each smtp a distinct Description, e.g. smtp1 and smtp2, then post screenshots like the attached picture that shows the smtp assigned to the Hotmail account. If you select Hotmail1 in the left pane, you should have smtp1 in the Outgoing Server (SMTP) box in the right pane, and smtp2 when Hotmail2 is selected.
Sfhowes, I changed the description for both servers. Then restarted TB and sent test emails from both accounts. Same response from TB.
The pictures appear to show a correct setup. All I can suggest is to delete the oauth:// entries in Saved Passwords, one for each Hotmail account, restart TB, enter the account password in the OAuth window. Since the accounts are set to send on the correct smtp servers, TB should apply the same oauth:// token for sending that is created after the initial OAuth authentication to connect to the incoming server.
Sfhowes, Here is what is happening: Removed both passwords> Restarted TB> 2 OAUTH pages appear consecutively> Both are grayed out/do not ask for anything and disappear in about 1 second> Sent test emails to/from both accounts> Same results. Timed out for SMTP2; all else works. Why does it not ask for passwords after removing them? Could that be an issue? It's as if it is on autopilot concerning the passwords.
