You would have to create an HTML backup and only leave the bookmarks you want to transfer.

Note that you can select multiple bookmarks in the Bookmarks Manager (Library) and copy them to the clipboard. If you paste this in an HTML capable editor (i.e. use flavor: text/html) then you should get the same HTML code as used for an HTML file. This page:
