Hi I would appreciate some help.

I need horizontal lines between messages in the latest version of TB 102.

I've seen some stuff about adding a css file to a new chrome directory in my profile and changing a setting somewhere.

Can someone please tell me if this will still work in the latest version? I don't want to break something, being a bit of a novice.
