I need some help as I can't seem to reset the timezone of my Firefox browser. Currently it is showing as UTC.

From the console it shows this

new Date() Date Fri Aug 13 2021 00:02:50 GMT+0000 (Coordinated Universal Time)

I've checked about:config and confirmed privacy.resistFingerprinting is set to false.

OS: Windows 10 v21H1 Firefox: 90.0.2 (64-bit)

I've checked the regional settings in Windows and confirmed they are set to my timezone and formats are all correct. So I am racking my brain trying to workout why I can't fix the issue.
