You have 90. Please read: Find what version of Firefox you are using.

So if the webpage's requirement is "Version 68+, 68 ESR", should 90 work? is it backwards compatible?

Also, I just set up and account, maybe 2... I don't really know. I keep getting emails from your 'bot saying it hasn't heard from me in a while. How do I get it to stop? Starting a tutorial is fruitless because it wants me to say, "Start Tutorial". That isn't going to happen as I am at a desktop without a microphone.

This means the minimum Firefox version you need: Firefox: version 68+, 68 ESR So the current release (90.0, 78.12.0 ESR) should work.
