Hi,

I installed the addon Google container but soon realized I didn't need it. So I disabled it.

But then I noticed that the profile pictures of the Google pages didn't show anymore, which is not very practical when you have many accounts and frequently like to switch between them.

I disabled the addon, deleted it, cleared the cash and the cookies, refreshed Firefox, restarted with addons disabled, nothing.

It works on other browsers.

What can I do to fix it? Thanks.

Apparently there are a number of different add-ons related to "Google container". Locate the exact add-on that you installed at the Addons.Mozilla.Org website and look for a Support site hyperlink on the downloads page near the bottom in the More information section. Otherwise, if one add-on doesn't work, try a similar.

Bottom line is that add-on developers are expected to support their add-on.

Thanks for your answer.

The thing is I don't know if the problem was caused by the add-on. I just assumed because that was one of the modifications the add-on did on the Google pages when it was enabled.

BTW it's this one: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/google-container/

I will follow your advice and contact their support, but is it common that an add-on would affect a page even after disabling it?
