Hi,

Recently an issue with links and default browser has come up in Win10. When I click a link in Tbird for instance it opens a completely new window (as opposed to a new tab as before). This window has no prefs, logins or add-on on it. It's like a clean install of the app. Am on latest version of FF Portable.

Cheers, N

I went through something similar in this thread. The issue is probably related to how Firefox is now handling multiple installations.

The directory for the profile folders may not be the same because you are running the portable version. If the directory in my answer doesn't exist, you will need to find where your profiles are located.

Hope this helps.
