random websites pop up in new window
The past few days a whole new window opens with random websites such as the one in the image I uploaded. A few times it's been edmunds.com. I don't know why this is happening. Thank you for your time. Sphynxmom.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good ad blocker.

It's not a pop up window, it's a whole web page opening in a new window, very randomly. Thank you for your input though. I appreciate you taking the time.
Those windows you don't want are ads, yes?
Not an ad its an actual website that pulls up.
Ahh. Then something is telling Firefox to open those pages.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
