What do you mean by 'buggy?' What are you using now?

If what you are using now it not right for you, Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

thanks I mean seriously buggy when I fill a form it shows up fine on my side but it's incomplete at the receiving end using "simple form fill" addon I searched many times and that's why I'm asking for suggestions before quantum there were a couple of addons that could fill the form with 1 click, none of them are quantum compatible

Yes, I know. Because Quantum doesn't work with the add-ons I use, I refuse to upgrade to it.

well I do need the performance improvements of quantum hopefully an appropriate addon will come out at some point

So what kinda forms are you trying to fill? I use autofill and have no issue populating the boxes.

regular forms, name address etc autofill always worked sporadically for me and only by going in one field at the time never managed to have it work automatically

It sounds like your firefox is somehow messed up. You might have to uninstall firefox and delete the mozilla folder and reinstall it to see if there wasn't installed that caused the problem.

thanks but I got lots of customizations and it would take me a while to redo them all. I can try on an older machine and if it works as described I'll look into it
