How accurate is it when you download something through Firefox and it says "This Download Has a Virus or Malware and has been blocked for your safety"? Because I clicked "dowload anyway" then scanned it with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender and they didn't find a virus. I also scanned my whole PC and detected nothing.

It is a new feature that isn't 100% accurate, as you have found out. But I would think of it as cautionary warning of a potential problem, where the user should stop and investigate what the download is all about; as you did by running Malwarebytes and Windows Defender.
