Firefox had block my download files and state that the files may contain a virus or other malware that will harm my computer. However, my computer's antivirus program states that the files are safe. I tried to upload the files to virustotal.com and the result is safe too. I know that I can unblock the files if I want but I am curious why is it happenned.

Hello! Firefox relies on Google's antivirus and phishing tool to look out for viruses, malware etc. It is very likely that those files or even the website u downloaded from were marked as a virus or malware by someone and sent to Google and they may have deemed those files as dangerous. This is the only reason I can think of why Firefox blocked your files.
