I am having some slow responses with using Mozilla FireFox and want to uninstall this completely and re-install. However I am unable to find Mozilla FireFox under the control panel for uninstall program to do this. I have subsequently run the uninstall.exe from the Mozilla folder but on completion, the Mozilla Firefox icons and shortcuts are still there and can still be launched.

Please advise how can I uninstall this ?

Thank you Jasmine

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. Linux: Check your user manual.

Do Not remove the profiles folder.

Look for, and rename any Mozilla or Firefox program folders by adding .old to them.

After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner. If all goes well, remove the OLD folders when you are done.
