Recently, Thunderbird did some kind of reset, where I lost a few preferences. Not a lot, but for one thing, the custom Mail Tollbar got reset to defaults. I've re-customized it for the most part, but the Forward (as in forward an email, not navigate forward in a web page, which I think is called the "Forward Inline") button is still missing. When I go to "Customize", the "Forward" button (as in a web page) is there, but no "Forward Inline" button can be found. Is there any way to bring it back? I'm using 38.5.0.

Try changing your home page to the secure address (this full URL):

https://www.google.com/

I think the problem is that if your homepage is the older non-secure address:

http://www.google.com/

Then when you go back to it the Google redirect runs a second time, trashing your forward history.
