Hi, my wife and i are both using TB OK on separate windows 7 accounts. We have a laptop (W7) that we use when we go travelling and on which we share just one Windows account. I have set up Thunderbird for both email accounts and TB is using the same profile for both. Unfortunately the mail for my wife is not coming through. The password is working OK, and everything looks fine except no mail. Outbound works fine. Any ideas on how to diagnose the problem? Thanks

I think it may help to see your settings.

On the laptop, in Thunderbird, Help|Troubleshooting Information

Click "copy to clipboard" and paste into your next posting. Check it over for anything you consider too personal. You could also remove all the stuff about printers and fonts.
