My website is experiencing loading issues, with pages sometimes failing to load or displaying errors. What steps can I take to troubleshoot and resolve these issues?

Several times in the last 5 months, I received a notification on my Pixel 7 phone telling me that Firefox was, "using large amounts of data." The first time it was about 750 MB of data (in a 20-ish min period). Today, it was about 400 MB of data (also in a 20-ish minute period). Both times I was simply browsing news sites - catching up on the days news. Today, I was logged into the New York Times (I'm a subscriber) when I received the high data usage notification. I'm a dinosaur who is still on a limited - 2GB - plan, so gobbling up a quarter of my data in 20-ish minutes hurts. Any ideas how to troubleshoot this one?

I attempted to upload two screenshots showing my data usage - 1 showing the overall data usage - the spike. And the other showing Firefox usage. It is unclear to me whether or not the pictures uploaded. Also, I had written this query before but I'm not sure it submitted. If it did, I apologize for the repeat.

Issue 1: Why does Mozilla heat up so fast even though my device has no problems at all, and when will it be fixed? Because I've used Edge before, and it works very well and consumes little of my device resources. Issue 2 After the last update of Mozilla version 127.0.1, the use of in private mode became more difficult to use, and with my habit of keeping tabs open in private mode for a long time, sometimes up to 3 months. And I'd like to know when Mozilla will make it better for people who like to use it privately, because I don't like to use general mode, it's like there's constant surveillance for Mozilla users, and there are also cookies, so I don't like these and use them in privacy mode all the time I surf the web.And why is it harder for me to use it in In private mode? I have a hard time adjusting the buttons. I don't like the button that comes in place of the homepage button.

I'm trying to set my DNS settings in Firefox Nightly to a custom service. But i am having nothing but problems.

"Firefox Nightly 128.0a1 (Build #2016025199)"

I want to use one of these settings for the secured w/ECS:Malware blocking, DNSSEC Validation, ECS enabled.

My only problem is I'm not sure which format of the address options I should be inputting in the DNS settings in the about:config

P S. Yes I know I can set a custom DNS address in the connections settings of my android device. And it works most of the time. I however want my own settings in the browser itself.

I've seen too many threads about this issue. This has been around for four years straight. No one ever managed to solve this problem and developers didn't care either. I've tried everything I've found so far: 1. Force sync on Android after sync on Desktop; 2. Disconnect and reconnect everything; 3. Uninstall and install again Firefox on both devices; 4. Clear data on both devices; 5. Login in different ways (e-mail, qr code, etc.); 6. Turn off one device, sync and turn on later; 7. Disconnect all other devices that isn't related with this problem; 8. Activate and deactivate 2 Factor login; Anyways, this sync feature doesn't seem to work at all. Almost all threads ended up abandoned, just like the app itself. Do anyone ever found a reliable solution for this?

In Android 14 oneUI 6.0 i have an issue while i download, the progress of download doesn't show up, i have checked everything but only the Firefox notification of private search shows up, plus when it is downloading the file i have problems when browsing, like when i use the keyboard The keyboard automatically closes and doesn't allows me to type I don't know if i explain myself clear enough

Firefox for Android gets frozen when using it to open large PDF files. I have been meaning to change my default PDF viewer app, but once Firefox has been set as the default PDF viewer for Android, there will no way to change this default; as Firefox default's don't have the option to be deleted through Android's App Info menu.

Using Firefox Nightly with Firefox Beta as my search engine adding that to the pre-installed list. Also Nightly is set up as default browser. In the past adding a browser was never a problem. Any help appreciated

Firefox for Android doesn't handle captures very well it displays the captcha but it's so zoomed in, and it doesn't let you scroll left or right, that you can't see the submit button.

I tried reducing the zoom to 115 but didn't make much of a difference.

My goal is to open specified pages in the same tab using Intent from a third-party custom application. However, I have observed that different URLs open in separate tabs, contrary to my expectations.  Current Implementation:  Here is the code snippet I am currently using: java： Intent intent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_VIEW); intent.setData(uri); intent.putExtra(Browser.EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID, packageName); startActivity(intent); Expected Behavior:  I expect different URLs to open in the same tab without opening new tabs. This functionality is crucial for my application.  Issue Background:  I have researched similar issues and found that users have had comparable needs using Browser.EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID. Unfortunately, it appears that Firefox has not fully addressed this functionality. The EXTRA_APPLICATION_ID is a feature that modern browsers should ideally support to enhance user experience and maintain continuity within a single tab. But on chrome it is working as expected. Any way i can check for errors in the android app?
