I store bills and receipts on under my email in the drafts area. I want to move these to a zip or thumb drive so I can get them off my computer, but can get them if I need them in future. I have not been able to move these drafts over into my documents on my computer, nor can i get them copied to the zip drive. Need any help you can give me. Thanks

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, see this forum for support. https://support.mozillamessaging.com/.../home

I believe you are correct. I have a hotmail acct so do you have any ideas about resolving my problem with them?

I don't think that you can do this.
You would have to resend those drafts (possibly to your own Hotmail account) and save them from there.
A draft is meant as a temporary storage while composing a message, so you can resume it at a later time.
