Hola, Podria ser algun incompatiblidad con el hardware, puedes probar deshabilitar la aceleracion por hardware: https://mzl.la/2cql3rT Ademas puedes pasarnos la informacion del hardware y software ingresando a "about:support", luego boton "copiar datos en bruto .." y pegarlos en tu proximo mensaje.
