Trying to migrate from Windows Mail, NOT Windows Live Mail in Windows 7 Home Premium. When I try and import messages I get the message 'ImportExportTools not compatible with FireFox 35.0.1. I am following the instructions at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/switching-thunderbird.

Is there a compatible version?

Regards

Chris Parker

You can download the extension using Firefox. But you'll need to install it in Thunderbird. http://chrisramsden.vfast.co.uk/3_How_to_install_Add-ons_in_Thunderbird.html
