How can I turn off "This message may be a scam"?

I often get the red warning "This message may be a scam", even for frequent correspondents whom I trust (friends and relatives). I can't see any way to tell Thunderbird that I don't want to see this message for certain addresses--there is only the option to turn off the scam warning for all emails, which I don't want to do.

Is there a way I can do this? Many thanks.

Scam detection is all or nothing, and there doesn't appear to be any change under consideration:
