No way to open Firefox. When I click to open the browser all the computer freezes during at least 10 minutes. Nothing can be done until browser agent user fail window appears.

I have tried to open at save mode and the same problem.

Any idea?

Finally I can open save mode and inhibit all extensions. Try to open again in normal mode and problem remains.

Using windows 10.

Hola, Debes probar deshabilitando todas las extensiones y luego ir habilitando de a una parar probar cual genera el problema. Puede ser que este desactualizada o ya no sea compatible. Saludos

Al final restablecí el firefox con la opción de desisntalar y volvió a funcionar.
