Running 78.4.3 32 bit in WIN & Pro 64 bit (for both A and B). A sends email to B. B cannot mark this email as "read". All other email to B is normal in this regard. A's email to other recipients is normal in this regard. Have toggled relevant "read" options with no effect. Ideas?
