Hi, I cannot sign in to my account on the other computer. why?
I've just downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird to my other laptop and I cannot sign in to my account on it. It says my username or password not valid.What can I do?

Try to verify your credentials via webmail.
Who is your email provider?
What is your account type - POP or IMAP?
How can I verify them? Zoho Mail, IMAP
You login to your account via web browser, hence 'webmail'.
