Apparently Firefox no longer supports ARM processors, but the latest update (v.53?) wasn't restricted and overwrote (v.52?) How do I install a deprecated version of Firefox?

Firefox continues to support ARM processors. However in version 53 a CPU extension called NEON is required. NEON helps decode video faster among other things.

You can get the old version of Firefox at http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/mobile/releases/52.0.2/android-api-15/multi/ however you will need to configure Google Play not to update Firefox to v53.
