Hello faszcza,

I'm sorry to hear you are facing issues with Firefox. I would first like you to know that the version of Firefox that you are using is outdated and that reinstalling Firefox to the latest version (which can be found here) will most likely fix your problem. If that fails to resolve the issue, please refer to the following support articles for instructions on how to clear the cache and cookies, as well as resetting the view settings:

That should normally and hopefully set you up!

If you still require assistance regarding this issue or if you have any more inquiries regarding the matter, please feel free to let me know in a reply below. If you found this answer helpful, please mark it as Solution.

Thank you for your valuable time and patience, and all your interest in Mozilla Firefox. Surf safe and have a great day!

Hello......I tried all of your suggestions, none of them worked. Other ideas?

Update to Firefox 12, then, Try to start Firefox in Safe mode. This mode disables all extensions, user customizations, hardware acceleration, etc. temporarily for diagnostic and troubleshooting. If Firefox works fine in Safe Mode, then this is likely an add-on issue. Restart Firefox in normal mode, then type "About:addons" (without the quotes) in the address bar. Disable your extensions one by one, restarting Firefox between each one, until you find the trouble maker.

I am running 12, tried to restart in safe mode but it wouldn't restart. Then went to the addons.......only four extentions were listed and none of them enabled.

Any other ideas?

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" as a (too) high value can cause issues.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)

Make sure that you allow websites to choose their fonts.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
