received a phone message saying my contract with Microsoft needed renewal....Microsoft says scam...cannot connect with internet..advised by Microsoft to delete and reinstall firefox...when I try to delete get a message that firefox is already open and need to close it but am unable to enter firefox in order to close it...when I try to open firefox get spinning wheel which never finishes and doesn't open firefox
